OUR SALON POLICIES:
- We kindly ask for at least 24 business hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be accommodated, and a cancellation fee may apply. Please notify us as soon as possible if you’re running behind.
- If you have any cold or flu symptoms—such as coughing, sneezing, fever, or sore throat—please stay home and rebook your appointment.
- To ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all clients, we kindly ask that pets and children not be brought to the salon.
