OUR SALON POLICIES:

- We kindly ask for at least 24 business hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments to avoid cancellation fee.

- If you are running late, kindly notify us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shorter service time, but the full service fee will still apply.

- If you have any cold or flu symptoms, such as coughing, sneezing, fever, or sore throat, please stay home and rebook your appointment.

- To ensure a safe and hygienic environment for all our clients, we kindly request that pets and children are not brought to the salon.
